Why I built this
I spent more than 20 years working inside Fortune 100 talent and organizational-development environments, including conversations where people's readiness, judgment, reputation, contribution and future potential were being interpreted.
I repeatedly saw highly capable women who understood their discipline deeply but had never been taught how to read the larger business and organizational context surrounding their work.
The Executive Lens is my practical method for beginning to build that view.
About Christina DelliSanti-Miller
I work with maverick women in STEM and Finance who are already delivering at a high level and want to navigate complex organizations with stronger strategic judgment.
Earlier in my career, I:
- Led Talent Management, Diversity, and Leadership Development inside Fortune 100 organizations
- Built advancement and talent systems in complex corporate environments
- Worked closely with senior leaders on succession and talent evaluation
- Interviewed senior women in Investment Banking and Technology, along with the executives who hired and promoted them
- Founded a nonprofit that achieved an 89% success rate helping women enter Investment Banking and Technology careers, compared with a 4% baseline
