Why did I develop a system like this and coaching to go with it?
Because I wanted a simple and effective way to support women to get what they want from their careers. And learning how the really successful women managed their careers was what helped me finally get promoted to a senior level. And that was extremely fun and validating – challenging, but great.
I found all this out late in my career though, and I wonder what else I might have accomplished if I got it earlier on. I want you to not have to wait, or reinvent the wheel.
