I researched and built the Advancement Accelerator System, the core of the PROGESS Membership, because it’s what I could have really used throughout my corporate career.

I never found a reliable step-by-step process to follow, even though Career Development was part of my job.

As a leader of corporate Talent functions, my goal was to see women (and men) getting the development they needed to effectively take on the roles that would grow and challenge them – and move the company forward.

As a leader of corporate Diversity and Inclusion functions, my goal was to see a proportional balance of women and men leaders at all levels (especially at senior levels) co-existing and thriving together.

  1.  How does this work exactly

We’re going to combine four main elements to create and implement a custom career upleveling plan:

  1. A monthly drill down into a strategic career management practice, using the Advancement Accelerator system framework, a model developed around the differentiators of successful senior women in Investment Banking and Technology.
  2. An implementation challenge for that practice with live Q+A and troubleshooting support  
  3. A gathering of various perspectives on how to bring the practices to life 
  4. Both live and virtual forums to plan for and review the actions you're taking, discuss, celebrate wins - and just meet other women working on the same things you are

These together will help you generate the early wins and confidence that catalyze fully maximizing your career growth.

  1. Who is this for? 

This is for women who work in any function in Financial or STEM careers, planning to, approaching or currently at the Maverick Inflection Point, and who are enthused about their movement forward. 

  1. What is the investment? Are there payment plans available?

For the Welcoming Crew, the annual option is a yearly investment of $499, which provides two free months. The pay as you go plan is a monthly investment of $49. This deal is available until Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 11:59 pm.

  1. How long will it take to make progress?

You will start seeing returns at work as you begin to implement the practices. The more rapidly you implement and fine tune, the sooner your results will show up.

  1. How long will I have access to the content?

Your access to the membership materials will be for as long as you are subscribed to the membership.

  1. How much time will I need to commit to this?

The time required will expand or contract depending on where you want to jump in.

You can choose to participate in the activities that are of interest.

The live activities will be scheduled for between 45 and 75 minutes and will occur 3x per month.

The pre-recorded content will take less than 10 minutes to consume each month.
