Strategic Career Practices Diagnostic

A strong career plan ensures that you have the strategic career practices -- those that help you navigate your organization successfully -- embedded into how you do business.

This diagnostic gives a high-level view of the Differentiator-Based Advantage, a framework that outlines the sequence and concrete steps to effectively implementing the specific career management practices that will make the most difference for you.

These practices are based on my research on what differentiates women who rise to and thrive in senior level roles in Financial and STEM careers.

To best manage your perceived mastery in your current role and continue to advance into satisfying roles with commensurate responsibilities, recognition, and rewards, take three minutes to determine which practices are supporting your progress, where the strategic gaps (if any) are in your approach, and where to focus next to get the best return on the time and energy you invest in your career.
